Water conditioner in a mozzarella production Company

The installation purpose was to decrease / reset the content of bacteria in the water that recirculating to a 5 ° C temperature served as a mozzarella liquid government. The mission was to replace the micro-filters with our system.

The circuit was composed as follows:
main storage 1000 liters filled with well water at 15 °
25000 lt / h pump
pressure of 2 bar
760 microsiemens conductivity

So an electrical pulse unit was installed on the pipe water supply to the machine for the packaging of mozzarella bypassing the two mechanical micro-filters.


It has gone from a bacterial load of 180 u.f.c./ml to a value of 1 u.f.c./ml.
